Nishan Sumanadeera is a Sri Lankan Entrepreneur, businessman, director and co-founder of Frontier Capital Partners, a boutique investment consultancy firm specialized in Investment Banking services and innovative investments in Sri Lanka. He together with his companies have invested into various industry sectors through private equity participation with foreign and local investors.
Mr Sumanadeera during his 25 year career has served as the chairman, board director, country manager and legal & financial consultant for many companies in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Sumandeera studied at Royal College Colombo. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and specialized Investment Banking Diploma from PDCP Bank in the Philippines. He is a Fellow Member (FCMA) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom and Fellow Member (FCPA) of the Chartered Public Accountants of Australia. He is also an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, Notary Public and registered Company Secretary.
Nishan Sumanadeera is the Managing Partner and largest invidual shareholder of Frontier Capital Partners Limited. Prior to co-founding Frontier Capital Partners in 2011, Sumanadeera served as the Vice President of Asia Capital PLC, an investment bank and director, consultant and advisor to many companies in Sri Lanka.
Upon setting up of Frontier Capital Partners in 2011, Sumanadeera embarked on investing into in many novel and innovative startup businesses in Sri Lanka in partnership with many young entrepreneurs.
